Baths, Not: A WonderBaby Jam

WonderBaby likes her friends, her Daddy, her cat and bedtime; could live without Mommy, and baths...

File this under Dubious Achievements, 2007: after many, many hours, most of which would have been better spent pursuing world peace or building her portfolio of paper-clip art, Her Bad Mother finally figures out how to upload video, which is really pointless, seeing as she has the film-making skills of a drunk Luddite with no hands.

Note that, when asked who she loves, WonderBaby names friends, Daddy and the cat before finally coming 'round to Mommy. Note, too, that the focus of Mommy's camera keeps vascillating between WonderBaby and the bottle of vermouth behind her. These two things are almost certainly unrelated.

It doesn't seem to want to load. :(

I can't get it to load, either! Boo!

You have the video set to private, which means it mightn't load when embedded. And when we click to go straight to you tube, it is locked out because it is private.

I'm sure it is quite funny though! :)

I think it's kinda funny that it won't load. Maybe WB doesn't like us either.

Or, maybe mommy had too much vermouth. :)

AT least you are in the list. I usually am not, in fact, my daughter will often emphatically state that she does NOT love me. Good thing I know otherwise. I just tell her about unconditional love at those time.

I'm afraid I couldn't get the video to load, but I'm with you in spirit = pass the booze.

I did the same thing with the first video I uploaded. Whoops! But that WB is FUNNNNNNY. She really does name everyone on earth before you, huh? Harsh. She could probably tell you were fantasizing about a strong gin martini ...

Is that ice cream all over her face? Good idea on the stripping her down first ...

Good GOD! that gal looks like her Momma. So Her Bad Father might get the love, but you, YOU are streaks ahead in the great race that is the surge for genetic supremacy. BOOYAH!

mebbe she envies you the vermouth, and is holding back her love so she has something to bargain with for a wee dram...

but, damn, she's cute.

and what is it with the Daddy love anyway? send some vermouth my way...

The irony of it is, I don't even like vermouth. I like my martinis drrryyyyy - vermouth shouldn't even be in the room.

What is so endearing about children WonderBaby's age is that they're so positively delphic in their pronouncements.

Hey, pass the vermouth!

Mommy/Henry bath time is never any fun. For either of us.

Also? Henry can be yapping away with his Poppa about "Mama!" But as soon as that door opens and he sees me? He gets a big, sneaky grin and says, ever so loudly..."DAAAAAAAAAAHDA!"

Hey buddy! Nice blog that you maintain here.. I just chanced upon your blog surfing the blogosphere. I was thinking.. you could try out some interesting widgets on your page and spice it up with some great pictures. E.g try out the poster widget on http://www.widgetmate.com with your relevant keywords. It has some of the best images i have ever seen.

CrazyMumma - as a matter of fact, a bathroom with a liquor cabinet would be a very fine thing indeed, but as I have no full bathroom at all at the moment, sadly, there is no liquor in mine. WB is finishing up dinner here, in the dining room.

And, anonymous? Hey buddy! Shove your widgets up your ass!
